Nitefire Productions latest film, Blurred Vision, has officially been completed.
The story for the film, Blurred Vision, originated from a concept Michael Giannantonio dreamed up on October 28, 2015. Michael wrote the film the morning of Halloween, October 31, 2015. Blurred Vision was filmed the very next morning, on November 1, 2015. Blurred Vision was produced to compete in the Jerome 89A Indie Film & Music Festival “Blood Moon Midnight Horror Film Challenge”; in which Blurred Vision was awarded “Best Film” and “Best Actor” awards on December 15, 2015. Blurred Vision was written, produced and filmed within 24 hours on a budget of less than $187.00 US.
According to director, Michael Giannantonio, the toughest elements to overcome were time and money. With a very small crew, and less than two hundred US dollars, with only one day to assemble the production and complete principal photography, Blurred Vision was a very difficult project to produce. Michael states that he views just completing Blurred Vision under the time guidelines for the Blood Moon Midnight Horror Film Challenge with a film was a huge success. No detail was overlooked, composer Nile Popchock even produced an original soundtrack for the film. Visual effects artist Dustin Young completed his visual effects under a seriously short deadline.
